Thank you for shopping with Sia Jewellery Hub. We take pride in creating quality handcrafted jewellery. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product
A brief description of the issue
Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Customized, personalized, name jewellery, Rakhi, festive products, and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
